These terms govern your use of this website (Seatcall) and any purchase made through it, operated by DTS Tactical ("we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or purchase a seat. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
What You're Purchasing
A seat purchase gives you access to attend a live product review webinar, and an exclusive video review in your account afterwards, available for 30 days. That is the entirety of what you are paying for. It does not entitle you to purchase or receive the item being reviewed.
The video review is there for you to watch. It isn't offered as a download, and it's meant for the seat holder rather than for passing on, so please don't copy it, repost it or share the link around. It stays available in your account for the 30 days described above and is then deleted.
After each webinar, one seat holder is selected at random to receive the featured item. This is a gesture of appreciation to those who attended, decided after the webinar has taken place, and it is not what your payment buys.
Any seat holder selected to receive the featured item must arrange collection or delivery within 30 days of being notified. We cover the cost of shipping. Some items cannot be shipped into states whose laws restrict them - California and Illinois among them - and in that case collection from our store is required. See our FAQ for more.
Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required at checkout. Card payments are processed by Priority Commerce (also operating as MX Merchant) through a secure payment form they host and control. We never receive or store your card details.
Once a seat is successfully purchased, all sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
If a payment is taken but the purchase cannot be completed - for example if your seat reservation expires while you are paying, or we cannot confirm the payment - we cancel that charge automatically and you keep your seats only if the purchase actually completed. If a charge appears on your statement without a corresponding order confirmation, contact us and we will resolve it.
We send an order confirmation by email to the address you give at checkout. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us - your seats are confirmed by the purchase itself, not by the email.
Saved Payment Methods
If you have an account, you may choose to save a card at checkout so you don't have to re-enter it next time. Saved cards are held by Priority Commerce, not by us - see our Privacy Policy for how that works.
You may only save a card you are authorized to use, and you are responsible for purchases made with any card saved to your account. You can remove a saved card yourself in the payment form at checkout, or ask us to remove it for you at any time.
Legal Compliance
It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, or ammunition in the locality where you reside.
Your Account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate contact information. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used fraudulently.
Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to reserve or hold seats without intending to complete a purchase.
- Using another person's payment method or account without authorization.
- Attempting to view, use, or save a payment method belonging to another customer, including by altering data sent from your browser.
- Attempting to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Providing false information, including about your age or identity.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This site and the webinars are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTS Tactical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or attendance at a webinar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
