These terms govern your use of this website (Seatcall) and any purchase made through it, operated by D.T.S Tactical ("we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or purchase a seat. By using this site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
What You're Purchasing
A seat purchase gives you access to attend a live product review webinar. It does not entitle you to purchase or receive the item being reviewed. As a thank-you to attendees, a seat holder is randomly selected after each webinar to receive the featured item - this is a gesture of appreciation for attending, not the purpose of your purchase, and not a sweepstakes or prize-entry service. Purchasing multiple seats improves the odds that one of your seats is the one selected.
Any seat holder selected to receive the featured item must arrange pickup within 30 days of being notified.
Payment & Refunds
Full payment is required at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, MX Merchant; we don't store your card details. All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
Legal Compliance
It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, or ammunition in the locality where you reside.
Your Account
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate contact information. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms or is used fraudulently.
Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to reserve or hold seats without intending to complete a purchase.
- Using another person's payment method or account without authorization.
- Attempting to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Providing false information, including about your age or identity.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
This site and the webinars are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, D.T.S Tactical is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or attendance at a webinar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
