This policy explains what information D.T.S Tactical ("we," "us") collects through this website (Seatcall), why we collect it, and how it's handled.
What This Site Is For
This site lets you purchase a seat to attend a live product review webinar. As a thank-you to attendees, a seat holder is randomly selected to receive the featured item after each webinar - that's a gesture of appreciation for attending, not the purpose of your purchase, and not a sweepstakes or prize-entry service.
Information We Collect
- Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number, collected when you create an account or check out for a webinar (as a guest or a registered customer).
- Order information: which webinar and seat(s) you purchased, and the amount paid.
- Account information: if you create an account, a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password).
- Billing address: if you save one to your account, your street address, city, state, and zip - used to speed up checkout and for the card issuer's fraud (AVS) check.
- Technical information: your IP address, used briefly and automatically to prevent abuse (like repeated login attempts) - these records expire and are deleted automatically; we don't use them for tracking or advertising.
We do not use analytics trackers or advertising pixels on this site.
How We Use Your Information
- To process your seat purchase and confirm your spot in a webinar.
- To let you log in and manage your account and order history.
- To contact you about a webinar you've registered for.
- If your seat is randomly selected to receive the featured item, to contact you about arranging pickup.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access to accounts.
Payment Information
Card payments are processed by our payment processor, MX Merchant. Card details you enter at checkout are sent directly from your browser to MX Merchant to process the charge - they pass through this site's checkout page but are never transmitted to or stored on our own servers.
If you choose to save a card for future purchases, your card number is stored by MX Merchant, not by us - we only keep a reference id pointing to it, which lets you charge that card again without retyping it, and lets you remove it from your account at any time.
Who We Share Information With
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run this site:
- Vercel - website hosting, database, and image storage.
- MX Merchant - payment processing.
Cookies
This site uses two cookies, both strictly to keep you signed in: one for customer accounts and one for admin access. Neither is used for tracking or advertising, and both expire automatically.
Data Retention & Your Choices
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us below. Order records tied to a completed purchase are kept for our business and accounting records even if the associated account is deleted. You're also welcome to ask what information we have on file for you.
Age Requirement
This site and its webinars are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. You must confirm your age before accessing this site. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above.
