Frequently Asked Questions
The answers below cover how seat purchases, payment, attendance and delivery work. For anything not addressed here, please contact us.
What does a seat purchase include?
A seat provides access to attend one live product review webinar, and an exclusive video review in the seat holder's account afterwards, available for 30 days. That is the entirety of what is being purchased. A seat purchase does not entitle the purchaser to buy or to receive the item under review.
When does a webinar take place?
A webinar is scheduled once all of its seats have been sold, and takes place at approximately 5:30 PM Central time on the following business day. A webinar that sells out on a Friday therefore takes place on the following Monday.
How is a seat reserved?
Open a webinar from the webinars page and select seats directly on the seat map, or use the quick-pick option to have available seats assigned automatically. Multiple seats may be purchased in a single order.
How long are selected seats held?
Selected seats are reserved for up to 10 minutes while checkout is completed, with the remaining time displayed on screen. If the reservation expires, those seats are returned to general availability. Should a reservation expire while payment is in progress, the charge is cancelled automatically; no payment is retained for seats that were not secured.
Closing the tab or leaving the page returns the seats to availability within a couple of minutes rather than holding them for the full 10, so that seats are not left unusable by someone who has gone. Refreshing the page does not release them: the reservation and its remaining time are restored automatically.
Is an account required to purchase a seat?
Yes. An account is required before a payment can be taken, so every order is recorded against a customer record. The account is created during checkout itself — the name, email address and phone number entered for the order are used, so only a password is additionally required. Seats remain held while this is completed and do not need to be selected again.
An account also retains order history, pre-fills contact details at future checkouts, allows a payment card to be saved, and allows a display name to be chosen for on-screen listings during the webinar.
Where the email address entered already has an account, sign-in is required before the purchase can proceed, so that the order is recorded against that account.
How are card payments handled?
Card payments are processed by Priority Commerce, which also operates as MX Merchant. The payment form presented at checkout is not part of this website; it is served and controlled by Priority and embedded into the page. Card number, expiry date and security code are submitted directly to Priority.
Card details are therefore never handled by this website's own code and never reach our servers. On completion of a payment, we receive only the transaction reference, the amount, and the card brand and last four digits.
Can a payment card be saved for future purchases?
Yes. A card may be saved during checkout and will be offered again on subsequent purchases made while signed in. The card is stored by Priority, not by us. A saved card can be removed within the payment form at checkout, or on request. Saving a card is optional; nothing is retained unless it is chosen.
What is the refund and exchange policy?
All sales are final once a seat has been successfully purchased. No refunds or exchanges are provided.
Separately, where a payment is taken but the purchase cannot be completed - for example if a seat reservation expires during payment, or the payment cannot be confirmed - that charge is cancelled automatically. If a charge appears on a statement without a corresponding order confirmation, please contact us and it will be resolved.
How is an order confirmed?
An order confirmation is emailed to the address provided at checkout, and the order number is displayed on screen immediately on completion. If the email does not arrive, please check spam or junk folders. An order is confirmed by the completed purchase itself, not by delivery of the email.
How is the video review accessed?
It appears on the Videos tab of the seat holder's account once it has been published, and remains available for 30 days from that point, after which it is deleted permanently. The date it becomes unavailable is shown alongside it. Access requires a paid seat at the webinar concerned.
The video plays in the browser and is not offered as a download. Should it fail to play, the player states the reason. Certain recordings are in a format that Safari plays but Chrome and Firefox do not; opening the account page in Safari resolves that case.
What information is displayed during the live webinar?
Where seat holders are listed on screen, a display name is shown in place of the purchaser's real name. Account holders may choose their own display name; otherwise a first name and last initial is used - for example, “Randy P.” A purchaser's full name is never displayed publicly.
What is the minimum age requirement?
This site and its webinars are restricted to adults 21 years of age or older. Confirmation of age is required before the site can be browsed.
Who is responsible for compliance with firearms laws?
The customer. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws relating to the sale, transfer, possession, transport or use of a firearm, magazine or ammunition in the locality in which they reside.
How is the featured item provided to the selected seat holder?
We make contact using the details recorded on the order. The item may either be collected from our store in Lake Charles or shipped to the recipient, at the recipient's preference. Shipping is at our cost. Collection or delivery must be arranged within 30 days of notification.
Are there shipping restrictions?
Yes. Certain items cannot be shipped into states whose laws restrict them, including California and Illinois. Where shipping is not available, the item remains that of the selected seat holder and collection from our store is offered instead. Applicable restrictions are confirmed at the point we make contact.
What happens when a webinar is sold out?
A sold-out webinar remains listed on the webinars page marked “Sold out” until it takes place. Seats occasionally return to availability when a reservation expires before checkout is completed. New webinars are announced regularly, including on our Facebook page.
